This handsome kitty is Billy, a 4-year-old cat who needed urgent veterinary treatment for a life-threatening urinary blockage.
Billy’s dad is a single, full-time student who also works construction jobs to help make ends meet. He did not have the funds to fully afford Billy’s needed surgery.
With the help of a FACE grant, Billy was able to get his necessary treatment and is now back lounging at home with his dad!
