4,000 Beagles destined for research laboratories were recently rescued from a mass breeding facility in Virginia. The Humane Society of the United States has been working with rescue and shelter partners around the country to help find these dogs new homes.

According to HSUS’s latest update, 2,000 dogs have already been placed with shelters and rescue groups in states all over the US. People interested in adopting one of these rescued Beagles can contact a shelter from this list.
