This cute little girl is 7-year-old Abby. Not long after she was adopted as an adult dog, she started showing signs of pain. She was diagnosed with pyometra, a serious uterine infection.
Abby needed life-saving emergency surgery. After spending money on her urgent veterinary care, her mom and dad were unable to cover the cost of her necessary surgery.
Abby’s veterinarian referred her owners to FACE, and we were able to provide a grant for her surgery. FACE thanks the T.S. & K.D. Glide Foundation for their support with sweet Abby’s treatment. She is now doing well and back home with her loving family!
